5 /5 James Andrian: We were pleasantly surprised with this gem of a place in Lake / Sandown area. Went on a day trip to Shanklin and walked past Lake station and found this restaurant. I highly recommend dining inside instead of a takeaway. Staff were attentive and the dining area is clean and welcoming. We both ordered madras curry, some usual starters and the garlic naan - they were all perfect (and spicy enough) for our taste. For the price we paid for two, it was well worth it! Hands down one of the best curry places in Isle of Wight.

5 /5 Alexander Reuben: Absolutely wonderful. The chef was so friendly and so accommodating. He came out to help me choose as I fancied something different from the usual Biryani or or Korma. He made me a special homemade curry. It was out of this world. I have eaten at Indian restaurants all over the world. This special place is up there with the best. A small little unassuming high street indian restaurant. I did not expect such a gastronomic culinary delight. The chef also made me at request the best creamy flavourful chai tea which he makes at home for himself usually and is not on the restaurant menu. Such sweet, hospitable people. Go there, they deserve your visit and you won’t be disappointed.
