1 /5 E L: Huge food safety issue. This is now the second time that I have ordered a prawn dish and been given chicken. On one occasion I bit into the chicken which is hugely disappointing as a pescatarian who does not eat chicken/ meat and have not done so in 20+ years. I called on both occasions and they were not apologetic in the slightest, telling me to come and collect another or it would take ages for delivery. In addition to this, the dishes were cold despite me ordering and collecting within 20 minutes, so clearly not made fresh. Do not recommend. Poor service. Will not be ordering again.

1 /5 Arif Muktadir: Ordered food then cancelled right after since I made a mistake they charged me and took my money from my account didn’t refund me a penny back I rang them up they said you will get a refund of course they’d lie to their customers because I never got a refund im not impressed since this was my first time ordering from them and they absolutely ruined the experience just to earn some extra money by robbing their customers. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD

1 /5 Shannon: The WORST takeaway we have ever had!! It arrived over an hour late from when it was supposed to arrive. We pre ordered at half past 4 and it didnt arrive until 6:45!! They missed off our prawn crackers even though we paid for them. There was no egg in our egg fried rice, and the curry sauce was so gross it had a thick layer of oil just sitting on top! It was so watery! Tried to call and speak to the manager to complain, but we were told he doesnt go in and was given his mobile number which he didnt even answer!! I have never written a complaint in my life on here, but there is no other way to complain about our order! Please dont waste your money. Not a happy customer!!
