5 /5 leonie buckland: Went for a last minute lunch with my Mum. Found on Google maps because we knew we needed to be in Farnham but we weren’t sure where we wanted lunch, we found and gave this place a try. Other reviews helped solidify our decision. So glad we did!
You can tell it has recently been tastefully refurbished. The decor gives a great feel for relaxed, modern vibes any time of the day or night.. lunch, dinner, drinks, party, it’s fits all of these! Great layout with downstairs geared more towards drinks and snacks and upstairs is a great sized restaurant with tables to fit a whole variety of numbers.
The food was fantastic! We opted for tapas style lunch with cocktails and wine, the cocktail was freshly made and tasted divine. The wine list is varied with a great selection for all tastes, most importantly not overpriced! The selection on the menu was great, something for everyone, thoughtfully crafted. There was enough left over for us to take some home, which they packed up in takeaway boxes and bags for us. A great touch!
Now the team, well, just fantastic! How refreshing it was to be served by people who felt like they actually wanted to be there and even wanted us customers to be there. There seems to be a distinct lack of genuine customer service these days, but not here, here you will find warm, friendly, genuine team members who care about their product. Even the chef came out to make sure everyone was happy and have a chat with us to explain how excited he is over the menu he has helped curate.
Excellent value for money. We 1000% will be returning. Thank you again, places like this deserve all the success in the world!
