1 /5 Arfan: Shisha is decent and it’s a nice quite place however the staff member who currently works there is so moody. You ask him for a drink or you ask to pay by card everything is in a huff and a puff, like he has to do extra work just doing his job. His attitude puts me off going there. There was a lady who used to work there she was nice and friendly. Get rid of this moody guy please otherwise me and my friends won’t be coming again. This moody guy also tried to boot out me and my friends at 10.30 when they close at 11pm saying he doesn’t get paid extra and he has been there since morning. Absolute poor customer service.

1 /5 alex s: Worst experience. Went there with a friend around 9:40 pm. Ordered a sheesha. The waiter came right after 5 min and said to hurry up as he is closing because he is alone since morning and has to go home. So we had to leave very early and didnt even smoke properly. Had to pay 20£. Very bad service. Please stay away from such management. Plenty of good sheesha in Romford area.
