Burnt Orange - (Near East Sussex, london)

Gracie Jakob was absolutely amazing!!! Even after I messed up my own desert order, he fixed it and bought out what I meant to order with no hesitation! He didn’t even make me feel bad about it!! The new menu was interesting, loved the garlic bread but was a shame about our usual favourite, pomodorro. The old pomodorro came with a ball of mozzarella for £13.75, however the new one is now £13.75 without the mozzarella (£4 extra (!) to add a ball of burrata instead) Just seems odd to change that. Other than, can’t fault our experience!

Juge44 Have visited several times but my Sunday lunch recently was exceptional. Fab lamb/beef/turkey, the roast pots were yum. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Vicky our waitress was very nice too. Very busy so I think others were happy too!! We will be back!

Mathew Busk Yuuum. Those chips are super tasty! The saltyness, thickness on the cut chunky chips, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside just how I like it! Chicken chow mien noodles were rather tasty too! Lovely reception waiting area haven’t seen a fish tank in a Chinese for a long time overall v much appreciated many thanks. Aaron White Myself and a couple of friends stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Very good service and food was above standard which is very refreshing for this area. I have to say the staff couldnt do anymore for us. Better food and service than most very high end restaurants. A must try.

hannah fulker Came here just to have food. At first I was skeptical of miller and carter as theres been many mixed reviews. However, we have left there very very happy. Sharna was fabulous, kind, paitent and fun! The food was just Yum! The pork belly was just melt in the mouth & the steak was cooked to perfection. Compliments to Chef Jai. The pudding though, lets talk about the giant chocolate bar, you honestly wouldnt regret eating that. We have come home, so happy and full. My daughter who is 8, demolished her steak & ice cream. What i would of liked though is mushrooms, but thats personal preference. It doesnt take away any of the excellent service and great food. Thank you Sharna for hosting us this evening. ❤️

Kiera Steff We visit almost every Sunday for breakfast. The service is always fast and the staff are very friendly. They chat with us and remember our orders which makes visiting here special. The food is lovely and priced well
