3 /5 Naomi Avram: Cafe Pascucci is such a lovely, welcoming, family-friendly place. The food was absolutely stunning — genuinely impressive, so congratulations to the chef.
Sadly, the service didn’t quite match the food on this visit. A young Indian girl serving was mixing up orders at a few tables, and when one of the mistakes was pointed out, there was no apology. Instead, she rolled her eyes and took the order away in a very angry manner, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
I truly think this comes down to needing more training rather than bad intentions, but it did affect the atmosphere. Cafe Pascucci is a really nice place, and it’s a shame when one staff member can dampen what would otherwise be a great experience. Thank you.
