5 /5 Saqib Ali Official: Visited Chutnee Restaurant and really enjoyed their food. The Malai Chai was smooth and flavorful, and the Kebab & Tikka Loaded Chips were perfectly cooked with a great balance of spices. A must-try for anyone who enjoys good food.

4 /5 S Dl: The malaii chai was great and is a must try! We enjoyed the food in general - Pani puri was great, Chole bhature, Aloo paratha and chips were okay. The Papri chaat was a bit disappointing. It looked great but lacked the usual yoghurt and tamarind fusion taste making it dry.

5 /5 Sanjeev Kumar: Enjoyed a lovely meal here - chole bhature, vada pav, and tea. The flavors were authentic and delicious! The chole had excellent spicing, though I must mention the portion was quite small - they really should increase it as you need to pay extra for adequate quantity. The vada pav looked stunning with that pink bun - very Instagram-worthy! However, taste-wise it was fairly ordinary, nothing special beyond the presentation. The tea was perfect though - exactly how it should be. Despite the portion issue with chole and average vada pav, still recommending this place for the overall quality and authentic flavors. Great spot in Southall worth visiting!

5 /5 Cyrene (Cyrene): Great experience, had a great time catching up with friends. Our server, Huzaifa, was incredibly professional and friendly. We came for afternoon tea and the food was amazing. It was worth the price and we will be coming here again.

1 /5 sarah: I’ve been to Chutnee a few times before and previously had no major issues, but tonight’s visit was extremely disappointing. The portion sizes have noticeably decreased compared to when I last visited a few months ago. The paratha in my wrap was soggy, and the chips were greasy and poorly cooked. I paid £2.50 for extra chips with my paneer wrap and was given approximately 25 chips, which works out at around 10p per chip, completely extortionate for standard chips. They were not thick-cut, despite what we were told, and there was nothing premium about them. When the waiter asked how the food was, we politely explained that the paratha was soggy and that the chips portion was very small. His response was simply that “the chips are quite thick,” which is not true, and he didn’t offer to fix the issue, replace anything, or provide a solution. He walked away, which came across as dismissive and condescending. Overall, the quality, value for money, and customer service have gone downhill. For the prices being charged, this experience was unacceptable and not worth returning for.
