3 /5 Mohammed Faizan: I am a regular customer at this restaurant because the taste of the food is very good. However, I have noticed that the quantity of food keeps changing, and it seems to depend on how busy the restaurant is.
For example, one time I ordered Chicken 65 and received a good portion. The next time, it was almost 30–40% less. Recently, on a Friday, I ordered Bagara Dalcha and Palli curry and got a proper quantity. But the following Friday, there were no lamb pieces in the Dalcha and only one piece in the Palli curry.
They also take a lot of time to bring the order. If I order 3–4 items, they bring one dish first, then take 15–20 minutes to bring the next, and continue like that. By the time all the food arrives, my hunger is already gone.
If a dish is running low or finished, the staff should inform customers and suggest another option instead of serving reduced portions. Customers are paying for the food — they are not eating for free — so portion sizes should be fair and consistent. I even spoke to a staff member about this, but I did not receive a proper response.
I still come here for the taste, but these issues have happened multiple times and are disappointing. I hope the management ensures consistent quantity and better service for all customers.
