Michael S A great little find close to the hotel i was staying. Nikola was a great host and very attentive despite having a few tables to see to at the same time. The food was very good and typical authentic Italian cuisine and I’d definitely recommend trying this over the chain places in the area.

Hunch A Alyaqud is a gem for Middle Eastern fine dining! The food is authentic and bursting with flavour, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting with stunning traditional seating. A must-visit!

Malgorzata Zarebska ⸻ I had such a lovely time at Polka Kitchen in Ealing. It was our Valentine’s dinner date.From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after us so well throughout the meal. The food was outstanding ,everything we ordered was full of flavour, cooked perfectly, and well presented. I also loved the decor and the overall atmosphere. It felt cosy , romantic and relaxed while still being stylish.A really nice extra touch is that you can even buy some polish souvenirs to take home.

Donald The ambience is an unassuming cafe but don’t be fooled, the food is wonderful and the service (Bianca) is welcoming and friendly with a subtle twinkling eye humour that Europeans will recognise and feel at home. We had the chicken and mixed grill skewers. The meat was very high quality, perfectly cooked, moist and delicious. It was served with a very good mixed salad, chips and rice which turned out to be a great flavour combo. We ordered a jug of the house red which was Portuguese and very good. We prefer Portuguese wines so no surprise. Bianca thought we’d like romantic English language music but we asked her to restore the Portuguese music which created the perfect atmosphere for us to enjoy the wonderful food. We finished with pastel de nata custard tarts as dessert which were even better than we’d had in Portugal. Needless to say, we highly recommend this restaurant and as we stay in the area regularly, we are coming back soon.

Nathan Darcy Giving 5 stars, despite a couple issues I dont think its worth losing a rating for! Me and my partner went for bottomless tapas. It was explained to us how it works, and staff were on top of things despite definitely needing an extra person on a fairly busy Sunday lunch! We were served by both Ellie and Jaiya who were friendly, helpful and quick to get whatever you need and checked in regularly to see if we needed any more drinks etc. Didnt catch the name of the guy behind the bar but he was equally lovely (we went 25/01/26). Downsides: firstly, we didnt enjoy the patatas bravas. We thought it needed some herbs or spices or something because it just seemed like bits of potato in some sauce and didnt have much flavour. Basically everything else we had was very tasty except that one! Final issue is, if youre going to serve cocktails with popping boba in the bottom, please provide straws that can accommodate the size of the boba. Otherwise you either have to waste it, or hook them out with a fork! Thanks for our lovely date out. Was definitely worth the money and we had a great time
