5 /5 San s: Great place for a classic chicken burger. I’ve tried multiple branches and had a great experience each time. This is the place if you want some good chicken. Our food was so fresh and delicious. Wings were crispy and those chips were perfect too. Sunny was super kind and helpful! Greeted us and looked after us well, customer service made the experience even better.

5 /5 Mins I: Visited Chicken Shop in Hammersmith and had such a great experience. The food was fresh, hot and full of flavour, exactly what you want from a good chicken spot. Everything came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. What really made the visit stand out though was our server, Sunny. He was beyond exceptional. So friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. He made sure we were comfortable, checked in at the right times and just had such positive energy. It honestly made the whole experience even better. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in Hammersmith!

5 /5 Eva Beck: It was my first visit here and honestly, this is the best spot I’ve tried for this style of chicken. First of all, it’s not salty — so many other franchise shops are way too salty, but this place gets it just right. The chicken is super crispy, the chips are perfect, and the service was great too. Highly recommend! They even had Korean sauces, so I tried the wings. I’m originally Korean, so I’m usually quite picky about anything labelled “Korean style,” and most places don’t get it right. But their sauce was actually really good. It’s not exactly like the classic Korean yangnyeom chicken sauce, but the spicy flavour is really clean and tasty.

5 /5 Adaorah Enyi: I had a really great experience at the chicken shop hammersmith today. The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared, but what truly stood out was the service. Sani, the staff member who attended to my order, was polite, patient, and very attentive. He made great recommendations and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and did so with a genuinely positive attitude. Good food matters, but a great service makes the experience memorable, and Sani delivered on that. I will definitely be coming back and recommending the chicken shop to my friends and classmates.
