I was preparing for a medical operation and needed my order made as late as possible before closing — they went above and beyond to help me. They prepared everything with patience and kindness, and the food arrived fresh, delicious, and full of flavour after my long fast. They even added the chilli sauces I requested. Their compassion, attention to detail, and top-tier service truly set them apart. May Allah reward them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and genuine care.

5 /5 Petrica: I visited Chicos in East Ham with a group of friends and we had a fantastic time. We ordered a round of 8 desserts, and they were absolutely delicious—you could tell they were freshly made and they came out looking amazing (the churros are a must-try!). A massive shout-out to Sam, who served us and personally made all 8 of our desserts. She was efficient, friendly, and really made our visit special. On top of the great food and service, I was really impressed by how clean and modern the toilets were, which is always a big plus. Great vibes, great food, and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Sameul: Had the stacked Nashville and smash burger, plus a chicken tikka wrap - moist yet crispy, cooked to perfection, as it always is at the East Ham branch. Consistently top-tier food. What really stands out though are the waitresses. Always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming in every respect. Service like that keeps me coming back.

5 /5 Mazeed Towobola: Came here for iftar with two of my friends and had such a great experience. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and came out quickly perfect after a long fast. They even very thoughtfully had dates and water set out. The portions were generous and everything we ordered was spot on. A special thank you to Maya, who really went above and beyond to check in on us throughout the evening. She was so attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed it genuinely made the experience even better.
