3 /5 Nicole Wallis: Ok so left a review and took it down. My delivery was meant to be 7:40 at 8pm, it said delivered. I was fuming cause the restaurant has a phone but yet it is an answer phone. I was calling and leaving messages. It arrived at 8:15, food was warm and tasted good. Only thing is the sauces could be thicker. I had a dansak and expected it to be spicy. It wasn’t at all. And the Bombay aloo had onions in and sauce was plain. I cant eat onions lol but I know now that’s how it’s done at this restaurant. I still enjoyed the food. But I love Indian because I love spices and rich flavours so it was disappointing when you expect it and don’t get it. Doubt I’d order again because of the wait. And I see a few bad reviews. The good ones said amazing but personally I wouldn’t say that. The driver was nice and apologetic. But to the restaurant take note on what people say. If a customer has a bad experience, see what can be done to fix it. I think you shouldn’t say delivered when it ain’t. Dont estimate just over an hour when that is not going to be true. And think about having a phone line we can speak to. I honestly thought it wasn’t coming. I was angry and left a bad review on justeat I can’t take back. I complained to justeat. I put up on all my socials and with photos. Which I took down. And same for in here. I did enjoy but wish it had been better
