Gregory Harrison Alex was fantastic - attentive, charming, and radiating the kind of warmth usually reserved for airport security. Drinks were great. Quick one: does he do funerals? Because I’d like that same uplifting presence when I’m six feet under. Will be back.

Nurse Tinspens Spencer As soon as we walked into the porch on a freezing night, we immediately felt the warmth of the outdoor heating. The outdoor area is very well heated. You can actually comfortably sit there during the winter. I absolutely love their bang bang cauliflower. It seems ridiculous to order cauliflower for £6 but the burst of flavours of the taste is definitely worth it. It blows my mind each time. I tried the Korean chicken bao buns today and I really liked it. Just the right amount of spice to give it a kick and the rest of the herbs and veg gives it a refreshing twist. My daughter had the Kids bento which was very reasonably priced. Its a good idea for those not wanting to eat too much and just want a little bit of different things. The staff are really friendly. They are good at keeping you informed and updated so that you dont feel like you have been forgotten or get bored waiting. I came here to claim my youtube partner perk rewards. I was having difficulty accessing the reward card (I guess I did not pay very good attention) but they patiently helped me figure it all out so that I get my discount. Nancy Somra We had a wonderful experience at Ottolenghi in Richmond. From the start, Kevin took amazing care of us, ensuring we had a comfortable area perfect for our family with kids. He walked us through the menu, recommended dishes based on our dietary needs, and handled last-minute requests (including a fish dish for the kids) with complete ease. The food was exceptional — full of flavour and beautifully presented. For our first visit, it couldn’t have been better, and we’re already excited to come back again. A special thank-you to Kevin, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. He made us feel completely looked after and turned a lovely brunch into something memorable.

Sue Brewin My friend and I had an amazing lunch today. The food was hot. Enjoyed the salmon with its herby crust. The veg on the side were plain but a good selection and cooked very well. I had banana parfait with choc ice cream...brilliant. My friend had the treacle and carrot sponge, it didnt touch the sides! We were only visiting not staying but it all looked clean and tidy and the service was good.

Richard Bacon Easy to park, plenty round the back, lovely welcome. We had a weekday lunch off the main menu, plenty to choose from. The french onion soup was excellent as was the chicken burger. Coffee was also really nice. Staff were great and very accommodating when two of our group couldnt make it on the day. Definitely recommend this place.

Maudi Fria Andhini Our family was on holiday in this area and looking for a place to have dinner. We came across this spot and ordered small-sized fish and chips. The service was quick, but we had to wait a bit longer for the order to be ready. They didn’t ask whether we wanted to dine in or take away and gave us takeaway packaging. There were a few tables and chairs available, so we decided to eat there. However, since the food wasn’t served in a proper food box but just in a paper bag, it was a bit difficult for us to eat. The portions were quite large for us as Asians. The taste was good, and the batter was crispy. The price was affordable.
