1 /5 Ryan Shiel: Awful experience. Ordered food for delivery and took more than 2.5 hours to arrive. Called restaurant 3 times in that period and ended up cancelling the order after waiting 3 hours, but was still charged.

1 /5 Leah Williams: WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS PLACE IF YOU PAID ME! FOOD WAS DISGUSTING!!! SERVICE WAS AWFUL,COLD,UNDERCOOKED however the rice seemed to have been a mixture of cooked and old overcooked together I’m unsure if they class this as special dish of theirs but my god way inedible!! When I called to explain baring in mind I have used this Chinese over many years! They said they have never had a complaint ever and they have good food. I will not receive a refund nor will they come and collect it (as ild asked ) The lady started shouting down the phone saying I can’t do everything! I really would not trust this place ! I wouldn’t feed that food to my dogs! Save your money guys and look for another Chinese that you will be able to stomach

5 /5 lola barnes: Lovely chinese, I don’t know why the reviews are still trying to bring this place down! Man who delivered our order was lovely, Chilli squid and chips were crispy and perfect inside, sweet and sour sauce was lovely and chicken chow mein had lots of chicken and noodles were soft! All food was hot and tasted great! 10/10

1 /5 Olivia Alldridge: Would not recommend. We live a 2 minute drive away from Chop Chop. Picked up our takeaway, got it home and it was cold. Rude staff, blamed us for not being on time and out the phone down on us when we rang up a complained.
