Waitress got the order wrong. I was serverd tortilla chips thingy instead of Spanish pancake. I was told I would have to wait 15 mins for right dish. My friend alfready had her dish of pork sandwich (not much pork) in front of her so I said I would have the tortilla thingy. As a "thing" hardly any bolognaise, overcooked, very dry, unpalatable and I left the majority of it. I was offerd a small discount because -Waitress words - apparently I enjoyed it. The discount was 30%.
We then had difficulty getting waitress to understand how we were going to pay. Three times, after she kept missunderstanding or not infact listening, did I have to say the specific amount I was going to pay on my card. I then explained that although I had paid the amount with paltry discount, exactly what was wrong with the food.
