1 /5 Leo Johns: We had been wanting to try this place for a while, so we made the effort to call ahead, book a table, and then visit. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing right from the start.
When we arrived, we were told there was no table available. We then explained that we had a booking, but before we could even finish explaining, two waiters stepped in and repeatedly said there were no tables available, without really listening to what we were saying. There was no attempt to check the reservation, no effort to understand the situation, and no sense of hospitality at all.
At that point, it did not even matter how good the food might be. Basic courtesy and willingness to help are far more important, especially when a customer has taken the time to book in advance. This was not an online booking mix-up either, it was done over the phone, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, it left a very poor impression. Good food alone is not enough if the service and attitude are lacking. Sadly, based on this experience, this is not a place I would return to nor would ever recommend.
