1 /5 Sharnice Khan: I’m extremely disappointed with our experience on Valentine’s Day. My boyfriend booked a 7:30pm table and from the moment we arrived, the staff were unbothered, inattentive, and honestly just really bad.
We were seated late, and it took almost 30 minutes just to get our order taken. By 9pm, we still hadn’t received a single drink, let alone our food. When my boyfriend asked what was going on, a staff member gave us food that actually belonged to the couple next to us — then took it away with no explanation.
After more waiting, another waiter finally told us that our ticket had been lost and asked us to repeat our order. By then our plans later that evening were affected, so we said we’d take anything quickly available. Instead of trying to make up for their mistake, they gave us a single meal platter, missing items, and a can of Coke. No apology. No urgency. No effort to fix anything.
The staff genuinely looked unbothered by the situation, even though it completely ruined what should have been a special evening. We left hungry, rushed, and embarrassed.
Overall, the service was shockingly poor, and the staff’s attitude made it even worse.
