5 /5 Thi Carv: I really like this place. This is the second time we’ve been here, and once again it delivered a great experience. Today, the flavours were very different, and in a very good way. Everything feels thoughtful and genuinely interesting to try, with clear work and intention behind each dish.
I admit I’m a bit tired of Michelin starred restaurants that seem to rely on the same formula, serving everything with caviar, scallop mousse, and yuzu. It often feels expensive but not very adventurous.
Here, there is real work across a wide range of ingredients, with bold contrasts, very different flavours, and a rich, expressive palette.
I highly recommend this place for a true culinary experience. Tonight, we even had an artichoke dessert. Not my favourite dessert in the world, but I loved the fact that I tried something genuinely new, and I finished it entirely.
Thumbs up up
