Trude McLaren Madokas lessons is a brilliant peek into Japanese culture and food. The whole experience, set in a learner-friendly environment, is superb. The takeaway food is also plentiful, making it great value for money. Loved it and will return for another class.

// K A I L E I G H // Came here for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time! The place is decorated so beautifully and the lovely waiter, I think his name was Kesha, was so kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the food!!! Especially the chorizo tortilla, red wine meatballs, and sizzling prawns! Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Thank you for an incredible evening ♥️

Helga Leith The bavette arrived already sliced, each piece blushing perfectly at the centre — the kind of pink that takes confidence to serve. The chimichurri was generous, verdant, unashamed. Chips in a bowl, because some things shouldn’t be fussed with. A glass of something dark in the background, holding its position like a good supporting character should. Chelsea casual. Quietly correct. The pub is lucky to have a chef de partie who notices how a plate looks as well as how it cooks.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Laurence Pearce Curry goat with rice and peas was fantastic. Great portion size and a very generous amount of meat, which was cooked perfectly.

Osas Emmy Had my bridal shower on the 16th of Jan 2026 and I must say I had the most remarkable time ever at TALL Lounge Camberwell.. we were about 56 guest and Emmanuel was super efficient and exceptional in delivering at the bar to all my guest. The waiters served so promptly every course as we had a three course meal and it was soooooo filling, delicious we all wanted more. My ladies and I were fascinated at the beauty of the lounge and our dinner was absolutely delicious. The welcome drinks and cocktails were top notch. I must say I had a good planning structure with Tolu she was so kind, listened and disseminated my exact plan to limelight all the way. I must also commend Emmanuel he ensured that all of us were satisfied. Will be back again this year for my mums 70th cos we had a great time

Sam v Great atmosphere, lovely and accommodating staff. Had a stupendous breakfast there, and the chairs and tables come in one piece which blew us away ! Our only regret was to not have come here sooner !
