Justin Rogers-Cooper Delicious, authentic plates, small and large, of decadent dazzling dishes. Splendid crispy shredded beef and smoked shredded chicken, delicate soft dumplings, risibly scrumptious spring rolls. Filling vegetarian Singapore noodles and egg-fried rice. Fried vegetables prepared with different flavors, and unexpectedly enticing fried turnip paste. Do also try the deep fried bean curd with garlic spicy salt. Efficient service, with food coming out piping hot. Pleasing Jasmine tea and glutenous rice balls with sweet black sesame paste filling inside, with a nice nutty twang. Popular and bustling. Reservations recommended.

Alastair Smith Another exceptional experience, consistently fantastic. I know its Sunday and my wife and son had Beef, but I had to try the crab, and it certainly did not disappoint. Lovely Pinot Noir and fantastic sorbets and sticky toffee pudding. Revisited 11 Jan 2026. As ever, lovely staff and food quality rather good, exceptional. Should be very proud.

Yaqi Cai This place specializes in Mediterranean cuisine — refined but not flashy. Every dish is super substantial, made with quality ingredients. After eating, I felt incredibly healthy, like even my skin was glowing! Plus, they offer a lunch set: a main dish + two kinds of salad as a meal deal, all for just a little over a tenner — feels like a great deal!

Vee Kendall Always love the food. The cheese selection is amazing, the pies are divine and recently I tried the liver with bacon and polished the whole thing off. The service is friendly and attentive. The pub is dog friendly. They have a nice garden for the summer and a nice fireplace for the winter.
