5 /5 Fatima Dias: I am writing to share my recent experience as a customer at Decimo Restaurant in The Standard Hotel.
While I appreciate the atmosphere and the unique setting, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my visit. As a guest, I value attentive service, quality food, and a welcoming environment, and although there were positive aspects, there were also areas that could benefit from improvement.
During my time at the restaurant, I found that the overall service experience did not fully meet expectations. I believe that clearer communication, attentiveness, and consistency in customer care would significantly enhance the dining experience for guests. Small details, such as checking in with customers and ensuring comfort throughout the meal can make a big difference.
That said, I would like to highlight that Cheyenne, our waiter, was absolutely amazing. Cheyenne was professional, friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. His service truly stood out and was a positive part of our visit.
I am sharing this feedback in good faith, as I believe Decimo has the potential to offer an outstanding experience, and I hope my comments can help contribute to maintaining high standards for future customers.
