5 /5 Eden Cheung: Tried the BBQ Pork & Crispy Roast Pork Rice with Fried Egg and it was absolutely delicious.
The char siu was tender and slightly sweet without being overpowering, while the roast pork had perfectly crispy skin and a great balance of lean meat and fat. The fried egg on top with a runny yolk brought everything together beautifully when mixed with the rice. The greens were fresh and added a nice balance to the dish.
Generous portion, great flavour, and very satisfying. Highly recommended if you love classic Cantonese roast meats. Would definitely come back again!
