I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. What should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into an extremely frustrating and unpleasant encounter due to the unprofessional conduct of your staff.
Firstly, the waiter who served our table was notably rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. When we were served three visibly flat glasses of Coca-Cola, we politely informed the waiter and requested replacements. Instead of addressing the issue courteously, the waiter began arguing in an unprofessional manner, insisting that the issue was not the restaurant’s responsibility but rather the fault of the Coca-Cola company.
To make matters worse, the waiter even suggested that we contact the Coca-Cola company ourselves to lodge a complaint, which was both absurd and unacceptable. As paying customers, it is certainly not our duty to resolve such issues — it is the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure the quality of the products and service provided.
This experience left a lasting negative impression. The lack of accountability, coupled with the dismissive and disrespectful attitude of your staff, reflects poorly on the overall management and service standards of your establishment.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a formal response outlining the steps you intend to take to ensure that incidents like this do not occur again.
