K HALAL CHICKEN OPTIONS AVAILABLE! I ordered from here on Uber Eats, and I could not tell which dish was Halal as it does not say on the platform. I call them in advance and asked, they said only the chicken was halal and even if I select a beef dish, they can alternate it for chicken. I ordered the spicy beef noodles, and left a note to only add halal meat, I called again after I placed my order to confirm they had received it and to reiterate only Halal meat. The man on the phone told me that the noodle soup that I wanted has beef broth, so he could not change it to chicken and give in beef broth. He was so lovely and kind, he talked me though how he can change my dish to make it halal, and still giving me what I wanted. He even suggested ways he could make it better. He was so sweet and I promised I would give him a glowing review on google. lol. I ordered some kind of chicken noodle soup and it was delicious. I had not been feeling well, so I was looking for something warm and spicy, and this did not disappoint me. It was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had, it felt like having home cooked food. I cannot wait to order from here again

Sarah Archer-palmer I had a surprise birthday last Saturday organised by my daughter. It was for 22 people, preordered food & wine. Unfortunately 5 people couldn’t come but the staff, especially JP and Alex, went out of their way to change the tables, move chairs etc, relay everything. It was quick, efficient and calm. They took over everything. The food was excellent, I had fish & chips. The chef was very flexible with timings and all food came out at once. I know everyone enjoyed their meal as there were lots of compliments! The rugby was on the TVs but didn’t overbear our table and lots of us enjoyed it in the background. This encouraged the fun, laid back atmosphere. The end of the evening was relaxed with making payments and the flexibility to chop and change was very appreciated. Hannah had an excellent team which goes to show she is an excellent manager. We are locals and really enjoyed showing off The Drummond in all her updated glory to my close friends and family. Lidia Zborowska My son in low is Pakistani so my daughter and him took me to this restaurant so I could try something different. Everything is on highest level and I loved it. Dont even look at those negative comments. Food it delicious and place is very clean. Lovely owners. ❤️
