5 /5 PAUL A: Ive lived in the area a while now and have been to this pub a few times over the years. Ive never had a bad experience here and last night was no exception. In fact, we arrived quite late in the evening with a couple of friends, but we were still made to feel more than welcome by the very polite and personable young man behind the bar. This pub is obviously well run and customer service is clearly high on the agenda. Needless to say, we will return. We live in a nearby village, but its worth the trip, to be treated like a valued customer, in pleasant surroundings.

5 /5 Steve Banks: I’ve visited The Feathers twice this week and each time the service and the food was excellent. I’m new to the area so it’s the first time my family and I have been to the pub and each time we received a warm welcome from the bar staff and even the chef was there to say hello. My wife wanted a salad that wasn’t showing on the menu, but the chef didn’t hesitate to offer her a range of different options. She went for the avocado and prawns, it was absolutely lovely and I had the homemade burger that was outstanding. The pub is well looked after and tastefully furnished and the garden and flowers are a great addition to the characterful pub. Well done and keep up the great work. Steve
