5 /5 taraque miah: The slow-cooked lamb was absolutely exceptional and easily one of the most memorable dishes I’ve had. The meat was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender and falling apart effortlessly with each bite. It was clear that great care and patience went into the preparation, as the lamb was beautifully infused with deep, rich flavours throughout.
The seasoning was perfectly balanced, enhancing the natural taste of the lamb without overpowering it. The sauce or juices accompanying the dish were equally impressive—rich, aromatic, and ideal for soaking into the meat and any sides served alongside it.
What really stood out was the texture. Slow cooking can make or break a lamb dish, but this one was executed flawlessly, delivering melt-in-the-mouth softness while still maintaining structure and moisture.
Overall, this dish was comforting, flavourful, and expertly prepared. I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates well-cooked, high-quality lamb. It’s a dish I would gladly return for again.
