He clearly takes pride in running a tight ship and ensuring every guest feels valued. It’s rare to see a manager so present and engaged with customers, and it makes a huge difference. If youre looking for a place with fantastic food, great drinks, and leadership that truly cares about customer experience, For & Finch Pub is a must-visit. Huge thanks to Ethan and the entire team for making it such a memorable visit. I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Jez Coulson: Had a fantasic evening here! Lovely music, lovely people, lovely food and lovely staff. Georgia and Ellie were superb and looked after everyone, really funny and energetic staff. Beers tasted good and clean, huge variety to choose from. Food was exceptional as well! Highly reccomend this place for any sort of evening, whether its a social gathering with friends, a quiet drink on a friday or a meal out with family. Outstanding!

4 /5 Albert Hall: We had a late Tuesday lunch in January so it wasn’t busy, hence the score for atmosphere. Jordan gave us a very warm welcome and looked after us really well. The food was pretty good, we all finished mains and desserts all washed down with a nice bottle of pinot. Overall a good experience and brilliant service from Jordan.

5 /5 Jenine Harbuckle-Barclay-Moore: Me and the girls love to come to this pub weekly for a light bite and a cheeky tipple. The staff are all so welcoming especially Jordan and Ethan (both of them) behind the bar. The garden is always so lovely kept and in the summer the perfect place for catching that evening sun and remains well lit far into the night!! Regular events keeps me coming back. Love Undercover Purple. The food is always best quality and a reasonable wait and price which keeps me coming back even more!! Could not recommend this pub more and by far the best establishment in Godalming. ❤️ Thank you for always being amazing guys. Love Jennay
