4 /5 Edmond Cheung: It is my first time in Franco Manca. Really enjoyed my meal here! I had the special with prosciutto, figs, goat’s cheese, rocket, and balsamic glaze – the flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and the sourdough base was light with a nice chew. The pizza came out quickly and was presented beautifully.
The only downside was that the crust was a bit too charred in places, but overall it was still delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed with a nice casual vibe, and the staff were friendly.
