5 /5 Kelechi Gibbons: Been coming to this chain for years and was very happy when they opened this branch in Walthamstow. It is as excellent as the other ones (Green Lanes and North Circ.) and the standard has not dropped over the years as sometimes happens. The menu is extensive, the meat is juicy and flavoursome, the portions are generous. Its a large restaurant so we have always got a table even without booking but despite that the service is always really good. They have lots of attentive staff so you are never waiting around. We have 2 kids and its perfect - they enjoy the food, its a relaxed atmosphere and there is a small playpark outside which is a plus.

5 /5 Joe: Food was amazing and staff were great and checking in on us and making us feel welcome. We over ordered (family deal for just 2 adults), but we wanted to try everything. They got us take away boxes which was a great touch. I’ll definitely be going back again.

1 /5 Chantelle Fan: Food review: when we initially got there at 7:30-45 we were not catered for for a good minute. People from our reservation had to chase after waitresses to finally get our order. We have finally ordered and this is where everything went wrong. Two big families came after us and got their food BEFORE us. We asked for TAP water so many times but not only were we ignored but we got it hours later. The waitress took some of our orders down wrong and lead to many issues. We ordered around 8 and got our food around 10. Our meals were supposed to come with salad and rice we only got rice and when we asked for our salad the waitress complained and tried to say that the starter salad was the salad we are supposed to get with our meal. My friends found glass in their food and I found broken bones in my meat. Leading to a near tooth crack. They made us pay service charge after giving poor serivce. My friends food came a couple minutes after closing time. Honestly it was a chaos. They shouldnt open on Valentine’s Day ever again. As they CLEARLY can’t handle the pressure. There’s no teamwork amongst the staff, they were all shouting at eachother. It wasn’t a nice environment to be in. We all want some part of compensation thank you!
