5 /5 Md Abu Mahir Shakil: After a walk down Windsor’s Long Walk, I was craving a good bite and found Halal Gourmet Grill what a gem. The Lamb Kufta Burger was juicy and packed with flavor, and the mozzarella sticks were a perfect 10/10. Definitely worth a stop if youre in the area.

1 /5 Thanzeel Kamaldian: Ordered 2 castle burgers and fried chicken loaded fries from here. Both burgers had a horrible burnt taste which made the whole burger taste horrible. The onions in the burger were not caramelised like the description says and the loaded fries were missing the jalapenos. Service was good and friendly and atmosphere is nice. Just the food that let it down.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Im writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent order, which starkly revealed the deceptive practices of this business. Deceptive Business Practices The primary registered business at this address is "Gourmet Grill." However, to sidestep negative food and service ratings, they operate under several additional names on platforms like Just Eat and Uber Eats, including "Wanna Smash," "SoBe Burger," and "Slutty Buns." This constitutes clear false advertising, exploiting a loophole to mislead customers. For instance, "Slutty Buns" offers an identical menu to "Wanna Smash," just with different branding. Ive attached screenshots to substantiate these claims. Our Frustrating Experience My family and I, long-time Windsor locals, were curious about these "new" food establishments, despite a lingering unsettling feeling. Our past experience with "Gourmet Grill" had been unequivocally bad – poor food and service that led us to avoid them entirely. Unfortunately, my gut feeling proved right when we ordered from "Wanna Smash," only to discover it was the same underlying business. The delivery was prompt, but upon opening the package, we found one burger was missing. When I called the establishment, I was met with laughter (audible to my girlfriend via speakerphone). An employee then repeatedly instructed me to contact Just Eat, despite my explanation that the packaging seemed untampered with. I offered to pick up the missing burger, but they initially hung up, then called back to say they had no driver, suggesting I place a second order through Just Eat to get the missing item. I reiterated I would pick it up myself. Confrontation at the Venue Upon arriving at the address, I couldnt find "Wanna Smash." I eventually located it inside "Gourmet Grill." Presenting my Just Eat receipt, I was met with shocking nonchalance from the manager and staff. They reluctantly started preparing the burger, absurdly accusing the Just Eat driver of stealing it. The manager rudely interrupted my attempts to clarify, insisting it wasnt their mistake. Frustrated, I directly questioned their use of multiple business names and the false advertising, especially since we specifically avoided ordering from "Gourmet Grill." Both staff members fell silent, unable to provide an explanation. I left, taking photos of the venue and menus to document their misleading practices leaving the burger behind. Please avoid! P.S. Please tell "Tamara" to calm down with the fake reviews to boost your website rating... shame. P.S.S. Also got to Just Eat - they have sorted my missing item. 1 /5 Ben Barclay: Will almost always cancel your order if you order online. Then if you call up they will say their internet is not working or owner is not sending through the orders! Such a shame because their food is actually good when you can get an order accepted. This happend multiple times in last six months. I keep trying because when they do actually deliver food it is good just a shame they dont like delivering!

5 /5 dennis moody: After a long day at Legoland and before we set of for our 2 hour drive back. I fine this on google map. I glad I did, not only was they a offer on at 15% off orders on line but the food was lovley. We ordered two kids brugers, Chicken Tikka Burger and Classic Deluxe Burger, All come with chips and a drink. The staff was great and the food is even better. They also, have cookery sets on the counter for you to help your self and give me two takeout boxs so, I could give our boys their food in the car. We will be coming back here again when we are in the area.
