1 /5 Adde Liliana: I ordered two pizzas and waited over an hour due to it being busy. When the order arrived, one pizza was missing — I received only half of what I paid for.
This is the second time this restaurant has failed to send a complete order. Previously, my entire dessert order was missing.
I called and spoke with the manager on duty. Instead of offering a proper solution, she was dismissive and rude. She told me that because I said I would leave a bad review, I would not be getting my money back. She also invited me to come to the restaurant to collect the refund in person, which is completely unreasonable after waiting over an hour for a delivery order.
On top of that, she suggested I “do like last time” — meaning to simply wait and place another order in the future so I could receive what was missing now. That is not an acceptable solution.
Mistakes can happen, especially when it’s busy, but the way this was handled is unprofessional and disappointing. Basic order checks before dispatch would prevent these repeated issues.
The food is genuinely good, but customer service and accountability are clearly lacking.
