I would suggest making a reservation in advance, as it appeared quite busy upon our arrival, and I anticipate there might have been a wait otherwise. Reservations are typically for 90 minutes, which provides ample time. There is a good variety of choices available, including suitable options for individuals with dietary restrictions. It would be a good location for small celebrations, dates or small group get togethers. The decor is elevated and the music tasteful and upbeat. Id recommend, and would visit again.

5 /5 Sofia Isabel: we had the yummiest meal at the o2 Haute Dolci…We tried the set menu and were absolutely blown away with the quality of food and service! Rind was such an amazing server and treated us extremely well and made our experience even better than expected, so a huge thank you to Rind! We will definitely be back to eat more!!

3 /5 Helia Dadra: We visited Haute Dolci recently and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We were initially seated in a pretty poor spot near the toilets, and when the party next to us left, we asked if we could move there. After that, it felt like we were completely forgotten ,it took ages for anyone to come over and give us any service. We ordered the Matilda cake, hot chocolate, truffle chips, chicken, and a s’more shot. Considering how nice and aesthetic the shop looks, the food really wasn’t anything to write home about. It was very overpriced too — £17 for a slice of cake is excessive, especially when it wasn’t even that nice. Honestly, I feel like social media and influencers seriously overhype places like this. It looks amazing on social media, but in reality it’s really not all it’s made out to be. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the hype or the prices, and I definitely wouldn’t be going back.

They even surprised my daughter with a little bday treat! Would definitely recommend for a treat or special occasion

3 /5 Reizl: I visited Haute Dolci at The O2 and tried the Croffle à la Pistache et Kunafa, which was good—crispy, sweet, and full of flavour. However, the coffee was too sweet and not to my taste. The seating was comfortable, and the café has its own toilets, so no need for the O2 public ones. A cozy spot to relax and enjoy sweet treats—perfect for dessert and a chat.
