Fin Maher We had a wonderful experience at The Ragged Robin in Godalming and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The food was absolutely excellent – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was also lovely: warm, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying a meal. However, what really made this visit stand out was the service, especially from our waitress Eva. She was truly brilliant. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, quick to respond to our needs, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Eva was warm, gentle, and incredibly friendly, always smiling and making us feel genuinely welcome. She explained the menu well, and created such a comfortable and positive experience. She is exactly what you hope for in great service, and she definitely made the whole experience most enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure!

Mark Lovell Booked a table at this lovely bar and restaurant, what a experience. Had a drink in the bar first, great service and lovely atmosphere, then went into the restaurant. We ordered Thai fishcakes and prawn cocktail for starters, really well presented and very tasty, and main course was house burger with fries, and chicken pork pie and side vegetable. Very big portions and very well presented and exceptionally tasty, great service too. 3 drinks ,starters and mains £51 . Great price

Kirana22 The best and most affordable food place to dine at for breakfast and lunch. My group visit for breakfast which is filling and delicious, I had the make your own breakfast. Lovely service, cool placemats displaying history of Isle of Wight, perfect for tourists and locals.

Adam Griffin Second visit and was better than the first. The golden pancake is devine and the vegan spring rolls out of this world. Service is great and super reasonable. One of the best restaurants on upper street. Go try you wont be disappointed. Lovely vibe too it’s actually atmospheric not just bright light.
