5 /5 Debbie Reader: We spent a few hours here and really enjoyed it. Bowling was fun and food was amazing. Molly who works there is lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be going back.

2 /5 Adam Waters: The bowling itself is pretty good. Sadly, its let down by its ghastly Tigapo payment system. To play nearly any of the other games you either need to install an app (which is very buggy) or pre purchase a card. Its clearly a strategy designed to upsell you and hide the cost of each transaction by making you purchase credits. Service at the bar was also very slow.

5 /5 Susie Barrettsu: We visited with family and friends last week to celebrate a birthday and the service was excellent! Easy to find, lots of parking and we will definitely be re-visiting as we all had a great time bowling and in the arcade. The Manager on duty (Dean) went out of his way to accommodate us with our children’s dietary requirements too which was really appreciated. 10/10 from us for facility, January offer and staff!

3 /5 Makariou Chrysanthos George (Chris): We had an overall enjoyable experience at Hollywood Bowl, but there were some areas that could use improvement. When we arrived, we were directed to our lane by the reception team, only to find that the table was covered in rubbish left by the previous guests. It was quite unappealing, especially considering that the lane next to us was unoccupied—there was no reason for the table to be in that state. It’s similar to being seated at a restaurant and finding the previous diners’ dishes still on the table; which would never happen. We requested a staff member to clean it, and while they did remove the rubbish, the table was never actually wiped down, which was disappointing. Ive attached a photo to highlight the issue. That being said, our bowling game itself went smoothly, and we had no technical issues. The staff also handled an incident professionally—at one point, a group in the next lane was behaving recklessly, throwing multiple balls at once. This even led to a ball rolling into our lane, which we never thought was possible! We reported it to a staff member, and they promptly removed the group from the premises, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to the Hollywood Bowl team for their efforts. While we did have fun, we strongly encourage better attention to cleanliness, as it makes a huge difference in the overall experience.

5 /5 London Surrey Removals: We had a great time at Hollywood Bowl Tolworth. We went for pool and bowling… and then ended up enjoying many of the wide variety of arcade games. The food was good too!
