5 /5 Zack Dove: Fantastic - the food, the service, the atmosphere. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The food came out quickly and exactly as ordered. Everyone in our party ordered fish and chips - and it proved to be an excellent choice. They are also very thoughtful and considerate when it comes to food allergies. Highly recommend a visit to this charming pub!

1 /5 Gergana Koleva: We came here for lunch with friends, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I ordered the fish and chips, and the quality was very poor. The batter on the fish was far too thick and greasy, the chips were overly oily and not the type you’d usually expect when ordering fish and chips. The mushy peas were also dry, and to make matters worse, there were bones in the fish — even though it was supposed to be a fillet. Definitely not worth the price. The service was just as disappointing. It took around 30 minutes before we even got our drinks, and much longer for the food to arrive. By the time it finally came, we had to rush to finish because it was already too late. On top of that, I noticed that the kitchen staff weren’t wearing any hair coverings, which doesn’t feel very hygienic. The waitresses seemed absolutely chaotic, with no clear organisation or management in place — which probably explains the slow service. It’s a shame, because the place itself looks nice, but the food, service, and overall quality were far below expectations. I’ve attached some photos for reference.

4 /5 Dave Martin: Well worth the visit, food lovely, attentive staff and nice atmosphere. My only gripe would be that some of the mains should come with a small side vegetables but it wont stop me going again, just be a nice extra. Actually my third visit and not my last!
