5 /5 Rebeka Svirac: The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. Whatever you may need, all hotel employees will be happy to help you. Within the hotel there is an excellent lounge bar where you can relax, enjoy yourself, and have coffee or tea, which are complimentary for guests at any time. Breakfast was tasty and varied. In the afternoon you can also order food and drinks there (they have a happy hour from 17:00 to 19:00). Highly recommended.

4 /5 Alison Birch: Stayed here overnight with work. Had a larger room on the basement floor. Was fine for what I needed. Comfy bed, decent bathroom and good facilities. I would probably come back here again with friends. The only downside was the WiFi was broken for my entire stay and the mobile signal was also non existent so I had no means of communication with my family whilst I was there. Good breakfast options and nice restaurant area. Would recommend

5 /5 Yasar K: Rooms are almost perfect except the size. Smaller but cleverly designed. There is no wardrobe that you can hang many clothes, either you keep them in the baggage or bring an iron. The location is great, very close to almost everything. People are friendly, they try to do their best to solve any need.

We asked to lag for late check and he was so kind to add this for free complimentary onto our stay which was really generous! We have stayed here every year for a running race and service like Alvaro provides is the reason we choice this hub hotel at Westminster everytime! Thank you Alvaro your kindness made our weekend.

4 /5 Gülşen K: You can handle check-in and check-out yourself at the counter. The staff were polite. ​The room was very clean but felt quite small, almost like a cruise ship cabin, although the decoration and design were excellent. The cupboards and drawers were cleverly designed, and everything we might need was provided. ​We stayed for three nights, and it wasnt a major issue, but I wouldnt choose a room this small if I were staying longer than three days. ​The most magnificent thing about the hotel is its location. We had the chance to walk everywhere. Its a very safe and pleasant area, just 4 minutes away from the stations. ​Right underneath, it has its own restaurant. Next door, there is a Pret A Manger, and a bit further, you can find coffee shops like Costa and Starbucks, and pubs like The Feathers. ​In summary, our experience was very positive, but if I were staying longer, I would definitely opt for a bigger room.
