2 /5 N J S: Ordered a cheese salad bap with mayo. Had to explain what a bap was, then explain mayo… three times. Butter was applied with a spoon, which felt quite ceremonial. The salad was enthusiastically scooped out by hand and parked on the counter while the buttering operation took place, with the cheese joining it for a bit of fresh air too. Loads of salad, very light on the cheese, and because the salad went in first I needed a fork to finish it. Plenty of friendliness — I was called ‘mate’ so often it felt like a reunion — though the sandwich assembly could do with being a bit more… hygienic. At £4.95, expectations were high — but reality had other plans.

As a coffee enthusiast, I must commend their cappuccino. It was expertly crafted, with a perfect balance of rich, velvety coffee and frothy milk. Each sip was a little moment of joy. The pastries were another standout. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water, and the taste did not disappoint. Fresh, flaky, and just the right amount of sweetness—a true testament to their baking prowess. The atmosphere at Js Sandwich World was incredibly inviting. The familiar and cozy environment made me feel right at home. The staff were warm and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. If youre looking for a place that offers delicious food, outstanding coffee, and a welcoming ambiance, Js Sandwich World is definitely worth a visit.

5 /5 sara whammond: I had the most gorgeous prawn baguette ever. Baguette nice and warm. Plenty of filling and lovely to be able to sit in and enjoy. I will definitely visit again very soon.
