2 /5 Lord JR: I am a very regular customer, and the vibe from last times from the staff is not good at all, inflated egos and bad attitudes. If you don’t have a booking, they won’t let you in, even if there is clearly space. If you really thought about the business, you could manage tables and seat people until the next reservations, but ego wins and you do whatever you want.
Later I came back with a friend. It took 10 minutes just to order two drinks and probably 15 more only to receive them (a coffee and a pineapple juice)… The waitress who served us with some blue hair was already complaining about other customers at another table and speaking badly about them. That is completely unprofessional.
She knew our drinks were ready and didn’t come near us at all. Zero attitude, zero service. When we went to pay, I didn’t pay the service charge, and as soon as we passed the mirror, they were already talking about why we didn’t pay it — with his colleague wearing glasses, another person with zero attitude and poor behavior. Absolutely unprofessional.
It’s a shame for the rest of the waitresses, who seem cheerful and willing to work, as well as for the kitchen -
excellent chefs and delicious food. Unfortunately, until the attitude changes, I won’t be coming back.
