1 /5 A B: This is a review about the very rude service I received when I went to get a curry chicken at half nine and the lady at the front was very annoyed and rude when I asked her for it and told me off saying it’s not even ten, we don’t serve until 12! You would expect if your shop open at 9 to have the food in the menu available but apparently not and she acted like she was so annoyed that I was trying to actually buy food and told me she only had porridge. No apologies for it not being available or anything. Used to visit regularly but will not visit again or recommend to anyone as I don’t really want to buy anything from a rude place like yours ever again! Maybe try to treat your customers better next time.

5 /5 Sheena King: While in the vicinity, I was attracted to the shop upon observing two gentlemen walking with a substantial order. I inquired with them about the quality of the Caribbean shop, to which they responded positively, prompting me to give it a try. I ordered curry vegetables, rice and peas, macaroni, and a soursop drink. I was genuinely impressed; the food was exceptionally fresh and flavorful, leading me to return to the shop for a patty. I felt it necessary to commend the staff, expressing that I was impressed with the food, Additionally, the pleasant demeanour of the staff was remarkable.

5 /5 Kim Le: Little hole in the wall place with delicious food. We got the goat curry and fried chicken which was recommended and couldnt have been happier. Filling and tasty for only 10 pounds a serve. We enjoyed ours at a nearby park.

5 /5 Mavreen Brown: I randomly stumbled across these guys in Summer 2023, after the caterers who were supposed to cater for my Son’s 1st Birthday fell through at the last minute. I contacted Jay Dee’s based on the strength of their reviews. Not only were they able to sort us out at the last minute, but they were easy to communicate with via email and reasonably priced. Then the food arrived. It was delicious. I’ve since used them 3-4 times. All of the food is tasty, their Oxtail particularly so. I just recommended them to (another) friend and it just dawned on me that I have yet to leave a review. I’ll be back.
