1 /5 jagadeesh uppalapati: I am a frequent customer of Karak Chai and have always enjoyed your food and excellent service. However, during my visit today (17/01/26) at 15:00, I had a very disappointing experience with a member of your front-of-house staff.
I requested a customization for my meal (no onion and no garlic). the staff member laughed and dismissively told me there is no garlic in a Vada Pav. I attempted to explain that some versions (like Sree Krishna) use garlic in the chutney, but she remained unprofessional and did not offer an apology for her attitude.
As a Shift Manager in the food industry myself, I know how vital customer interaction is to a businesss reputation. This staff members attitude was dismissive and unfit for a customer-facing role. I am sharing this because I value your business and would hate to see you lose customers due to poor service.
I hope you will look into this and provide the necessary training to your team..Despite clearly stating three times on his order must have no onion and no garlic due to allergies, the staff member mocked the request and subsequently served food containing onions.
This is a direct violation of Law and basic food safety protocols. The staff showed a complete lack of awareness, which is not only unprofessional but illegal and life-threatening. As this negligence. I expect a formal response regarding how you intend to address this safety failure
