4 /5 Joel Mathews: Stumbled across this place after my walk around Holland Park.
For a pastry shop that’s in London, let alone the Kensington district, everything is very affordable. Pastries are between £2.70-5+ each and drinks are around the same price as well.
The reason why I rated this place 4/5 is because the food could be improved. I ordered the maritozzi, pistachio croissant and cappuccino. The croissant lacks the layers and butter taste. Other than that, everything else was good.
Service-wise, the attentiveness of the staff could definitely be improved. Whilst they’re very friendly, they often don’t check on customers so customers end up going up to order food or to pay, even though we’re told to order/ pay at our table.
Overall, it was a good experience and would come back to try their other pastries and desserts.
