3 /5 Tintin: The shop is clean and spacious, with additional seating downstairs.
There are a lot of self-service ordering kiosks, so I was able to order straight away.
I placed my order and stood by the collection counter, waiting for my order to be ready. After a while, I noticed that there was a coffee sitting on the collection counter, but my name had not been called out, so I had no reason to assume that it was mine. Having now waited for over 10 minutes and seen people who ordered after me receive their order, I decided to ask a staff member.
He looked on the system and found my order, then said that the coffee sitting on the counter was mine. Why didnt the staff member who made it, not call my name when she had made it and put it on the counter?
I sat down, and as a result of the coffee sitting on the counter for around 10 minutes, it was lukewarm, as expected. I couldnt be bothered to say anything, so I just drank it.
Aside from the poor organisation with receiving my coffee, the shop has a good atmosphere, with plenty of seats and a clean enviroment, and there are plug sockets at some of the seats too.
Not the best experience, but not the worst either. There is definitely room for improvement.
