Sheetal Parmar Met friends for early Sunday dinner and was very pleasantly surprised that they still had Sunday roasts on offer. We a ordered the corn fed chicken which came with all the trimmings and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was soft and juicy, the roasties were crispy on the outside. The carrots were slightly overcooked for my taste but I didnt mind, the Yorkshire pudding is huge! Delicious gravy with a lot of flavour. They also serve roast beef, roast lamb and mushroom Wellington.
Had basque cheesecake for dessert, another winner and a very good portion size so can easily be shared, although why would you?!
Ive been looking for a local halal Sunday roast restaurant and I think this will become my regular. The team is lovely too, thank you Bobo and Wild wanstead!
