But what truly sets Memories of India apart is the people. The staff here don’t just serve you they host you. 3 /5 arul r: The restaurant ambience is nice and welcoming. The Indian hand crafted doors placed around the restaurant brings a very nice touch to the decor. The staffs were reasonably courteous to host us. I ordered chicken chaat, king prawn puri and Murgh Seek kebab for starters, except for the kebabs rest of the starters tasted very good. The kebabs lack flavour and they are not served with right punchy sauce to dip in as well. For main course I ordered the Seabass tandoori, and chicken balti.I was told sea bass would be seasoned with spice , however it wasnt thoroughly seasoned. Also de-boning the whole Seabass was a bit of an hassel, my kid got a fish bone stuck in her throat as well for a brief amount of time. I would have preferred a deboned fillet then the whole Seabass ,as the experience of taking one bone after another was very exhausting. I wouldnt order this again here .Tandoori are generally marinated to absorb flavour, however here the tandoori fish felt like it wasnt marinated for long as it lacked flavour in it.Overall experience was mediocre, not something I would rave to another friend.

5 /5 Poire Belle: Here again, this time for my Dad’s 94th birthday. As usual the food and service were wonderful, we ate far too much and still have doggy bags to take home. It’s always a joy to come here. Multi generational parties are a regular thing and it makes for a great atmosphere.
