1 /5 Baksh Karim (Karim): On Google, it was advertised as Afro-Caribbean, but when I walked in, I was greeted by a Nigerian lady and then discovered that everyone working there was Nigerian. It should be advertised as African-Caribbean, as about 50% of the food was Nigerian/African.
I ordered oxtail with rice and peas and a Malta Guinness. Only a few pieces of oxtail were included, and there was way too much rice for the amount of oxtail. As a Caribbean food lover, I was disappointed — nothing tasted authentic. The rice had no coconut whatsoever, and the oxtail was tasteless.
The only thing that tasted good was the Malta Guinness.
