The food, as always, was good — but I found the vegetarian variety quite limited, which can be improved. The service was slower than expected, probably due to the lunch rush and mid-break crowd of nearby students. However, for disabled customers or those on a tight schedule, waiting that long can be quite tedious. Overall, the ambiance and taste remain consistent with Nando’s standards, but I’d love to see quicker service and more vegetarian options added to the menu. Would still rate it a solid 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — worth visiting, just plan to visit when it has less rush.

2 /5 Ugur Araz: I didn’t realize "Dinner for 11" was code for "Human Tetris," but here we are. They shoved us into a booth so small that exactly 50% of my left butt cheek spent the first 45 minutes of the night suspended in mid-air like a structural miracle. I wasn’t a guest; I was a physics experiment. When I asked the staff for help, I was told "we’re busy"—which apparently translates to "enjoy your core workout while you eat." The attitude was free of charge, but unfortunately, it wasnt edible. Enter: Chai. At 6:45 PM, Chai descended from the heavens (or the kitchen) to rescue my glutes. He didn’t just find us a table; he found us dignity. This man is clearly the only thing keeping this establishment from collapsing into a black hole of bad vibes. He even secured me a free ice cream, which I’m convinced was a peace offering for the potential scoliosis. Give Chai a raise, a throne, and perhaps a tape measure to check the booths. I’ll only be back if he’s on the clock.

5 /5 Ali: Love going to this nandos. Its been my best experience around finchley. Lovely staff. The food was amazing, spent our family time very well here. And the toilets are always clean. Great staff.

5 /5 shiaah. (Ninzs Nation): Paris always makes sure that my food is hot and ready for collection, she is wonderful and I’ve never had any rude comments to say about her! Her customer service is top notch and she will always make sure you have a great experience when it comes to your food. Jordano, Basia and the other staff as well as Chefs are all great, the restaurant is always operating smoothly and even in a rush the food is always prepared on time. I will continue to come here as I am never disappointed. Well done and keep it up!
