4 /5 Sophia Leach: The family and I enjoyed a quick dinner in our local Nando’s. The restaurant was clean and the team was friendly. The roulette wings was great. Our meals were perfectly cooked. We’ll be back soon. We just went back… catch out the NEW loaded fries, the sauce is amazing.

1 /5 Iqbal Nathani: Restaurant wasnt clean. There were empty tables yet it took ages for them to get us seated. Most of the food on the menu wasnt available. Not a good experience!

1 /5 Shivam Modhvadia: I’ve always had great experiences with Sher and Rickel—fantastic service every time. I’ve consistently ordered for collection without any issues, and it’s always been a pleasure when either Sher, Rickel, or the manager with the moustache is on duty. ( never caught his name) However, my recent visit 31st October 2024 have been less positive, particularly when a specific staff member is working. I believe I previously assumed she no longer worked there as my experience improved when she was absent, and I started coming in daily. Unfortunately, her return has noticeably affected the quality of both service and food. I live within the local area. Today, my food was again undercooked, and I’ve attached photos for reference. Additionally, her manner towards customers is often rude and dismissive, which takes away from the generally high standard I associate with your establishment. Please feel free to check your transaction history or review security footage from my last visit for context. I appreciate your attention to this matter and am hopeful that it can be resolved to restore the excellent experience I’ve come to expect at your establishment.

5 /5 hausofra: Was great visiting with family during Ramadan. Food service was really good. The food was cooked really well, hot and fresh!! A very Special shout out to ‘Erica’ for looking after us and making sure everything was well served. She made sure the food was delivered to our table on time to break fast as she already knew it’s Ramadan and inquired if we might be fasting. A team member with this type of prior target customer knowledge is an asset to have for any business!! Well done!

5 /5 Usama Abbasi: I had such a great experience at Kingsbury Nando’s thanks to Michael and his staff. I was running late for Iftar and was quite stressed about the timing, but he completely understood and prioritised my order without me even having to explain much. He made sure all my food was prepared quickly, correctly and with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition and in good time. His professionalism, kindness and awareness genuinely made a difference to my evening. Excellent customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed — thank you, Michael, for going the extra mile!
