3 /5 Gary coleburt: I almost left to go elsewhere. Upon entering, we stood by the door waiting to be seated while staff looked at us but did not acknowledge us. We were eventually seated, but the overall experience was not very good. The floor was dirty and the staff appeared disengaged. One of the kitchen staff brought our food to the table; he was excellent—polite, smiling, and apologetic for the wait. Although the venue was nearly empty, it took approximately 20 minutes to receive a beer. I am willing to give it another try and hope to revise this review more positively, but my first experience was disappointing.

5 /5 Tasha Plays: Armans service at Nandos was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. He took the time to explain the menu options and even recommended some delicious dishes, which made the experience even better. His warm and professional attitude created a welcoming atmosphere, and he checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with our meals. Overall, Arman’s service made our visit to Nando’s memorable and enjoyable.

5 /5 Rajeev sharma: I had a wonderful meal at Nandos MK stadium recently, and I have to give a special shout-out to the manager, Rebecca. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Rebecca was constantly checking on all the tables, making sure every customer was happy and had everything they needed. She has a real talent for making you feel looked after. Its clear she takes great pride in her work and in making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and everyone has a great experience. Our food was delicious and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was fantastic, largely thanks to her positive presence. It’s not often you see a manager so hands-on and genuinely caring. Rebecca is a real asset to Nandos, and her hard work doesnt go unnoticed. Well definitely be back!

1 /5 Mo miah: Went Wednesday 24th February. Ordered food at 8.10pm . Order was not given till 8.35pm Food was cold and rubbery. They Still forgot my wife order, which took another 10 mins to arrive . The restaurant was not busy. Complaint to mangers lacy and Rebecca. First was offered a refund. The the second manger backtracked and offered free desert. We did not want free food. Just food what we paid for. I am a diabetic, I had eat what was given . Never in 10yrs of going to nando , have I experienced such bad service and customer care.

5 /5 Izzudin Mohd Azhan: One of the best Nandos Ive been to in the UK, better than all the London branches. The restaurant is big and theres a variety of lighting to contribute to a lovely dining atmosphere. Plenty of seats, great, attentive staff. We ordered using QR code no problem, and food came within 10 minutes. I ordered a half chicken and the caesar wrap - food was hot and delicious, just what we were craving after a tiring road trip. Im glad theres another reliable place to eat at if Im ever going through Milton Keynes :)
