2 /5 Chandra Cs: I visited this Nando’s for the first time and ordered wings, liver, and boneless thighs — all of which were quite good. However, the Great Imitator wrap was disappointing; it had an unusual smell and an off taste. I mentioned this to the staff member, Iwona, who assured me everything was freshly prepared but didn’t seem to acknowledge my concern. As a result, I left the wrap untouched and ate the rest of my meal.
Usually, at other Nando’s locations, a staff member approaches to check if the meal is satisfactory or if there are any issues, but this did not happen here. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, especially given the many positive reviews I had read. Hopefully, this was an isolated experience.
