Phil Gladman Ritchies Buffet is a great place to get your food or drink before catching your train. Always a smile from all the staff and I always enjoy my little chats.

Jack Lockwood Food was amazing (as it is every single time Ive been without fail), served hot and fresh to order. Great value for money with the all you can eat. Service is lovely and very efficient, staff are amazing. Would 100% recommend dining here, make sure you try the Yumi Chicken - its incredible. Been coming every year for my birthday for 4 years now and will definitely keep the tradition going!

Christabel Charrington Loved this venue for a sophisticated hen party!! We recently hired the Venetian room at the Ardington Hotel to celebrate a hen party in the afternoon and we were so impressed with the venue and service. Richard was very helpful and professional in the run up to the event!! Any queries or concerns were addressed promptly and Richard went over and above to accommodate. On the day the staff looking after us were very attentive and gave us a fantastic service. The food was delicious and we were able to decorate the room prior to the event which really helped. We had a lovely afternoon celebrating our friends hen party with our own music playlist, crafts and hen party games. I would absolutely recommend this venue for an afternoon hen party or similar event!! Thank you Richard, Simon and your fabulous team!! best wishes Chris ps. Ryan Fleming The Castle is just a great place to go on every level! The food is fantastic and genuinely 5 star, whether you pop in for a midweek meal or a Sunday roast. The service is brilliant and all the staff are friendly, warm and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Nothing is ever too much to ask! As for the atmosphere, well that’s just something else and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! At the weekend there is great entertainment scheduled every night (Friday-Sunday), from live singers/bands to karaoke, and it really is top draw! To anyone who hasn’t been, I would definitely recommend you get to The Castle!

Kendall Elliott Great spot for some drinks and food. Sat outside with the dog and got tacos and a cider. Perfect finish to a big walk on the downs.
